When something happen to me I used to just write it down, or more exactly typing in my PC, I write a journal like I talk to myself in the future about what happen today, what shit come to me, and why I feel overwhelm with it
Somehow writing like this could make me feel like talking to another person, and more importantly I became more aware of what I felt, was it sad, was it anger, was it envy, was it happy, or was it something else

When I feel like shit I first focus on things that I can do- that make me a little happy but it’s a bit productive.
If I’m too burnt out, I write it down sometimes.
If that doesn’t work and I feel like crap I go to my roof and either play music and dance around or just walk around looking at what is on my street.
But I try my best to just- admit its okay to feel funked. I can’t be a productive beast all the time I have to try slow down and enjoy what I can do, or what the world has to offer.
It’s easier said than done to be optimistic but I try take advice from this YouTube called @unjadedjade who reminds me that there is some form of magic hidden somewhere. If I can be grateful for one thing- whether its the walk you could go on or a yummy treat or even just being honest. That’s the best I can do
The world is fucked so we must try our best to see some magic right?
