Are your products unisex?
Our products are genderless. They fit well for both men and women. However, you might want to take a look at our size chart for size references.

How should I wash my shirt?
For optimal results, wash it at 30 degree celsius. Do not tumble dry.
Although personally, I have put it in a dryer a few times and they turned out fine.

Do the shirts shrink after washing?
The shirts do shrink a little when you wash them for the first time. However, the shirts are still true to its size and there is no need to buy a larger size. Refer to our size chart for better references.

Where do you ship from?
For clothing – we work with our partner facilities with fulfilment centres located primarily in USA, Canada, Latvia, Spain, UK, Japan, Australia. You may receive your items from different facilities depending on where you are located. 

For posters, postcards, and stickers – we produce and ship our orders from Singapore. Please take into account estimated shipping times depending on where you are located.

How do I track my order?
Most of our packages have a tracking number, with the exception of postcards, posters, and stickers orders, where you are given the option to opt out of tracked shipping for a discounted shipping price. Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address.

I think the package was delivered to my house but I’ve missed the delivery. What should I do?
Contact your local post office immediately. It doesn’t matter which specific outlet. Walk up to the post office nearest to your home or give them a call. Provide them your order information and they should be able to assist you. We are unable to track the package once it is delivered from our facility to your local post office.

My package was claimed as 'delivered' but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately. We will do to our best to find out what happened with your package and contact our shipping partner. In some cases, the package can be found at the neighbour's. We will not be able to offer a form of coverage when a package is claimed to be 'delivered' by the carriers. Since the postal services are a completely separate operational entity than our own, we do not have the resources to thoroughly investigate this incident through our end. 


We can only offer coverage when items are indicated to be lost or damaged during transit. If the package is marked as "delivered", we cannot cover the cost of reshipping the order or offer a refund. 

What should I do if I entered a wrong address?
Contact us immediately at hello@ronwritings.com with your order number, so we can cancel your order and send it to the right address. If it is too late, the package will be sent out to the wrong address. In which case, there should be an unsuccessful delivery and the package will be returned to our facility. We will send the package out to you again once we get an update from you what the right delivery address should be. You will be liable to pay for reshipment costs.

Please always double check your shipping address before you place your order. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages due to shipment to a wrong address. We advise you to double check your address before confirming your order.

I’ve ordered the wrong size. My shirt is too small/big.
Contact us at hello@ronwritings.com with your order number immediately and let us know. We will change the order for you if your item is not already shipped out. In the event if an item is already processed/shipped, we will not be able to change the order.

Please always double check your sizes before you place your order. We will not be liable for any exchanges/returns should the error be due to negligence on the part of the customer.

How can I return/exchange a product?
Due to the small nature of the shop and and the limited quantities of each product, we currently do not accept returns on any products sold. Please carefully review the product description, sizes and colours and email any questions before making a final purchase.

However, in the event where you have received a product that is different from your proof of purchase, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

What do I do if the product is faulty?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email us at hello@ronwritings.com with a photo and description of the fault. We will access this on a case by case basis. If accepted, you will be granted a refund/exchange. 

Do I have to pay for custom fees?
Not every country requires custom fees. We are unable to advise specifically as this is dependent on where you are located.

Please note that we do not have any control over these fees as they are government-regulated. Kindly check with the government officials of your residency for more information.

The fee itself may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The customer is responsible for these fees and any such fees are paid to the appropriate custom agencies.
